Played golf today with the 65* weather in WNY!!! Played extremely good in very windy conditions. Felt solid and powerful through the swing. Just a little stiff in the hips. Looking to maybe add some rolling and some other original strength moves

Got my new 32kg bell in today took it downstairs while it was frozen and swung it about 20 times even 1 handed! I never would’ve thought I could even move it! Definitely encouraging!
