A couple of quick thoughts:

1. When I have tried in the past to make mobility/flexibility work something that I tack on at the end of training, it just doesn't happen. I have to set aside specific sessions to do nothing but mobility/flexibility. And for me, it has been worth the time.

2. My life tends to go better when I do what my wife tells me. ;)

Excellent advise on both counts! In my experience though, I can cycle the first point, but the second one gets me in trouble if I take even a few days off ;-)
