Keep moving

12 ladders 3-6 snatch (20 kg kb)
9 ROUNDS OF:
- A1: 3 clean and press left (24 kg kb)
- A2: 3 clean and press right (24 kg kb)
3 ladders 1-2-3 clean and press (24 kg kb)

A1 & A2 are 45 secs rounds each.
 
A workout in 3 parts.

Part 1 @home:
4 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 snatch (18 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest

After the above I walked to the fysio to work on my knee.
Part 2:
About 1 hour technogym @fysio. More resistance, so this time I felt I had to work.

Than walked home for part 3 @home again.

4 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 snatch (18 kg kb)
- 2 minutes rest

Part 1 & 3:
- 10 pushups every minute
- 5 snatch every 30 secs
- 1 round is 4 x 5 snatch
- round 1&3 left side.
- round 2&4 right side
 
This morning a 6.5 km walk in the forest.
About an hour after the walk I did the kb part.

5 ladders 3-6-9-12 snatch (20 kg kb)
5 ladders 1-2 clean and press (24 kg kb)
5 x 2/2 overhead press (24 kg kb)

Took my time and let the heart rate drop between the snatch rungs.
 
I had first planned an extra rest day, but this evening and tomorrow they expect a storm over here. (Where I live they expect the worst part from 9 pm). So not sure if I will be able to workout tomorrow (if I do not count the technogym at the fysio).
Wind blowing hard already. Love outside workouts.

- 1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups (every 30 secs)
- 1 minute rest

5 x 1/1 TGU (20 kg kb)

2 x (5 with power pushup, 5 regular)

3 x 5 snatch (left and right) were done by doing 5 reps every 30 secs.

Working on my cardio again. Short test round running. Went completely without pain in the knee. So happy.

18 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (18 kg kb)**

* A1&2 are 1 minute rounds. so every 9 minutes start 9 snatches.

** ( :15 on/:15 off) is 15 secs work followed by 15 secs of rest. 7 reps per 15 secs.

A1 and A2 are 90 secs rounds each.
First 6 rounds 20 kg kb.
last 2 rounds 18 kg kb
 
10 ROUNDS OF:
A1: - 12 snatch left (20 kg kb)
A2: - 12 snatch right (20 kg kb)
10 ROUNDS OF:
A1: - 3 clean and press left (24 kg kb)
A2: - 3 clean and press right (24 kg kb)

A1 & A2 are each 1 minute rounds (except last 3 snatch rounds, than made them 90 secs. rounds)
 
Wind, rain and kettlebell. Just finished in time. Now raining even harder. Please send us spring and nice sunny weather soon.

swings, pushups and c&p: new set every minute.
 
Easier cardio training. Taking slight more rests between the snatch sets and took slight easier pace on the run.

- 3.8 km run

A1&2 are each 90 secs. rounds.
 
So kettlebells in the dark in the rain.

That's both awesome and crazy at the same time @blutsj !

How does your grip hold up while using wet kettlebells? (You've mentioned a few times that you've worked out while it's raining...)
