Keep moving

Today is veteran's day in our country. So time for an early sweat to remember my 2 tour of duties and honour my fellow veterans worldwide.

8 ROUNDS OF:
- 6 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (16 kg kb)
- 400 m. run
- 400 m. walk
5 x 5/5 mace (8 kg) 360's

This morning a 3.7 km walk with the family. This afternoon a clubbell and kettlebell session.

- CB :45/:45 guard squats - :30 rest
- CB :45/:45 side swings - :30 rest
- CB :45/:45 lever press - :30 rest
- CB :45/:45 side cross pendulum - :30 rest
5 ROUNDS OF:
- ladder 1-2-3 press (22 kg kb)
- 2 x 6 snatch (22 kg kb)
FINISH WITH:
- CB 10/10 guard squats
- CB 10/10side swings
- CB 10 lever press
- CB 10/10 side cross pendulum

Sorry, I'm a little sleep deprived.. what is CB?

- 2 x 10 snatch (18 kg kb)
- 5/5 mace 360's (8 kg)

Had to bring the car to the garage and decided to run back home. But with the current temperature and humidity it is wiser to start with kb instead of finishing with them, because of sweaty, slippery hands.
