How does your grip hold up while using wet kettlebells? (You've mentioned a few times that you've worked out while it's raining...)
That is something to watch. Use my pullover to wipe off the wet/ rain. Luckily no problem with slippery handle today, something I am always worried about with this eternal rain :( With swings (use mostly double handed) or presses it is less of an issue.
 
7 ladders 1-2-3-4 snatch (22 kg kb)*
3 ROUNDS OF:
- ladder 1-2-3-4 snatch (22 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest
10 x 1 clean and press (double 22 kg kb)
- 4 km easy run

* new ladder every 2 minutes (in the 3 round part, also 2 minute for a ladder, so a minute extra rest over there).
 
5 ROUNDS:
- 2 x 10 swings (26 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest
3 x 10/10 shield casts (12 kg kb)

slightly heavier on the double handed swings.

This morning a 3,5 km walk with the kids in the forest.

First 50 minutes technogym @ fysio. Rest interval brought back to 30 secs between sets.
Than home for some kb work. Handle felt slippery today.

- 1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest
3 ladders 1-2-3 press (22 kg kb)

used the only cast iron kb I still have, the 28 kg kb. the handle is wider so nicer for the double handed swings (and side of my pinky's )
the ladders were single handed, both sides done of course.
 
4 ROUNDS OF:
- 2 x 10 swings (28 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest
5 ladders 1-2-3 double (20 kg) kb press

swings, pushups and every rung of the press ladder, new set every minute. so with the ladders. took it easy on the presses, but did like it this way.

3 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 10 swings (24 kg kb)
- 1 minute rest
- 2 x 10 pushups
- 1 minute rest

swings: 10 reps every 30 secs
pushups: 10 every minute
 
The goblet snatcher


5 ROUNDS OF:
- 5 goblet squats (18 kg kb)
- 5 goblet squats (20 kg kb)
- 5 goblet squats (22 kg kb)
26 x :)15 on/:15 off) snatch (18 kg kb)


Hopefully I am still able to walk tomorrow ?
