Keep moving

Got some symptoms again. Will be tested tomorrow. Or it might be the very dangerous man's flu

Tried a walk. But went for a shorter one than planned. 5 km total, but out of breath and jullie legs.

Just wentbgreat with my cardio the last couple of days , now can start over again :(

Heal up fast! Are you taking vitamin C?
 
Despite all the symptons I was tested negatieve on covid. Guess still lots of anti bodies due my 2 previous infections and this time just the regular flu. Today I finally felt for moving again. Felt tough, but we will build back up again.

Before lunch:

5 x (1-2-3) press
5 ROUNDS OF:
- 10 one arm swings left
- 10 one arm swings right
- 3/3 press

22 kg kettlebell used

After lunch a 6 km walk
