Keep moving

Some bulgarian bag work, using an older program called: prepare for the spin test. Noticed I did not really get the feel for the arm throws, so changed it after 4 rounds. But maybe do this program (3 week program) but replacement the arm throws by KB snatches.

4 ROUNDS OF:
- 10/10 spins
- snatch
- 5/5 arm throws
- 10 pushups

- snatch
- 10 overhead press

I have been to the Belgium Ardennes for a couple of days. Lots of walking. The running and snatching prepared me well for the steep hills.

Today back to formal training:

14 x ( :15 on/:15 off) KB snatch (16 kg kb)
3 km run
