Keep moving

Small training g, trying to wake up as I have night shirts again. Grabbel the mace again. Took the 6 kg as I haven't used it for a while. I really like it, but my wrists seems less to like it lately. Quite sad. So easing into it.

2 ROUNDS OF:
- ladder (1-2-3,4) clean & press (22 kg kb)
- 10/10 mace 2-to-10's
3 ROUNDS OF:
- ladder (1-2-3) clean & press (22 kg kb)
- 6/6 mace 360's
6 x 10 double handed swings (28 kg kb)
 
First nightshift over, 3 more to go.

Cerebrate it with a simple training g using the 22 and 24 kg kb's.

3 x (1-2-3-4) KB clean & press (22 kg )
2 x (1-2-3) KB clean & press (24 kg )
4 ROUNDS OF:
- 5 one-arm (22 kg) KB swings left
- 15 double handed (24 kg) KB swings
- 5 one-arm (22 kg) KB swings right
