Keep moving

In thecafternoon a kb and mace session. As I haven't usevthe mace much lately, I retourneren to the 6 kg mace.

5 x (1-2-3) clean and press (24 kg kb)
15 x 5/5 mace 360's
Can't wait to get back to the mace, I may test the shoulder soon.
 
20 x ( :15 on/:15 off) KB snatch (16 kg kb)
- 2 minutes walk
- 2.4 km run
- 2 minutes walk

You're dosing VWC type snatching very well!

It's easy to hit a wall doing that format, especially when hitting 40 min sessions.. I hit the wall when weather turned hot.
I read something recently where even large amounts of highly glycolytic work can be offset by large amounts of low intensity LED work. Of course, that take a lot of time that most working/family people don't have.

I like this approach with the shorter runs, also not that time consuming
