Keep moving

Simple 30 minutes session:

10 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (18 kg kb)
15 ROUNDS OF: *
- 4 double (18 kg) kb push press
- 8 squats (bwe)
14 x ( :15 on/:15 off) snatch (18 kg kb)

* new round every minute
 
5 x 5/5 press (18 kg kb)
5 x 10/10 one arm swings (24 kg kb)
5 x 10/10 snatch (18 kg kb)
2 x 5/5 press (18 kg kb)
3 x 5/5 press (20 kg kb)*

* the press went well with the shoulder, so the last 3 sets I tried the 20 kg kb. Still going well, yippieeee, so happy.
 
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 400 m. run
- 400 m. jog
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 snatch (20 kg kb)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 snatch (17 kg bulg. bag)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 pushups
4 ROUNDS OF:
- 200 m. run
- 200 m. jog

bulgarian bag snatches and pushups, supersetted. so 10 bb snatch, 10 pushups etc.
