- 4 x ( :15 on/:15 off) KB (22 kg) snatch
- 100 m. run
- 100 m. walk

Wanted to see if I could fo this workout with the 22 kg kb. Inspired by the VWC book, were a Danish greco wrestler did the 80 sets with a 24 kg kb.

Running was in the planning, but woke up a bit late due to bad sleep and oldest son had to play soccer. So a KB and mace sesssion this afternoon. Youngest son joined using cables, med. ball and bwe.

5 x (1-2-3) clean & press (24 kg kb)
10 x 10 KB (24 kg) swings
5 x 5/5 mace (10 kg) 360's
2 x 5/5 mace lunge & uppercut

I've said it before, and I need to say it again... these are pictures of heaven! Thank you for posting such beautiful images... we're going into winter soon in NZ, but I'd quite like it to be spring/summer instead, this looks far more enjoyable ha ha :D
