Keep moving

5.3 km evening .walk trying to stay awake. Yesterday a late shift and had to work longer and today an early one. Still awake at 04:30 and 1 minute later the alarm clock went off, turned out to be 05:30 already. I am certain it was only 1 minute20230525_180742.jpg20230525_182542.jpg20230525_184335.jpg
 
I have those mornings occasionally, I’m sure there’s a ghoul in my bedroom tampering with the alarm clock.
 
1 x (1-2-3-4) clean & press (24 kg kb)
4 x (1-2-3) clean & press (24 kg kb)
12 x 5 one-arm (24 kg) KB swings
2 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 KB (24 kg) swings
1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups
1 minute rest

Trained together with my youngest sun. Plan was to stop after the one arm swings, but decided to do the 2 rounds (to make a total of 100 swings. Had in mind to do sets of 10 but changed so it woud be more visual for my son). Instead of swings, I made him do med. ball woodchoppers without thevjump. For the pushups hé did set 1 and 3 about 3 reps and set 2 and 4 a single slower good rep. Maybe next time I just let him do 1 good rep every 30 seconds and from there slowly build up the numbers.

After that drove home tp pick up my oldest son for a run. Runtastic said 5 x (400 m run - 400 m walk), but according to my garmin it was 4.4 km. Noticed it often that runtastic records less distance than my former polar watch and my current garmin one. I trust garmin and polar more to be honest.
