Keep moving

Rain and mud, but nothing beats a workout in the forest.

Than going home for some coffee and after that I went for a 5.8 km walk.
 
First technogym @fysio for my knee. Although not a huge fan of machines it does help.

Back at home a short kb session.

Running in the woods and kettlebells - great combination!

No, wish it was but the forest is quite close (few hundred meters). This place where I go for a workout is about 1-1.5 kilometer from my house. I go there by car, so when running I can put the bells in the car
