Keep moving

Somehow I enjoy doing the VWC protocol combined with running way bettervthan just 1 giant set. Running went well with my calf.

10 x ( :15 on/:15 off) KB snatch (18 kg kb)
1 km run
10 x ( :15 on/:15 off) KB snatch (18 kg kb)

What pace do you run at? I can see an easier recovery pace doing good things.. glad the calf is cooperating :)

I never go forva specific speed, more by feel. Funky thing is that sometimes I thi k I went slow but my polar said something different or other way around. The last run the average speed was 5:50 a kilometer. (Faster than I thought I ran).

That's 8:51 min per mile, definitely moving fast! I was thinking around 8:30 per km Haha
 
This afternoon:

5 x (1-2-3) KB press (22 kg kb)
4 ROUNDS OF:
- 4 x 5 one-arm KB swings (22 kg kb)*
- 1 minute rest
- 4 x 5 pushups *
- 1 minute rest

*5 reps every 30 secs.

This evening after dinner and eating too much a 5.4 km walk.

I had planned to go for a run combined with vwc snatch protocol, but after a night of horrible sleep (after a late shift I have trouble falling asleep. Still awake at 04:30 and 7 o'clock I have to go out for the kids.

So decided to do more basic training, also raining again, so snatching might be too slippery. But of course, still outside, but in the back garden.

20 x 5 one-arm swings (22 kg kb)

swings 5 reps every 30 seconds
