^ that seems like a good physiotherapy/proprioception exercise, possibly for the latter stages of DIY rehab.

Is there any sport specific focus with this exercise ?

The dog seemed to enjoy it.
 
Your form on the kettlebell deadlift is rather the opposite of what we teach at StrongFirst.

You shouldn't be offering anything to anyone. Not only what you propose is dangerous, but you clearly lack the basic protective ideas a competent trainer offering service to people should know.
 
I've done this with things like clockstoppers, which is probably better suited than DL
 
What question does this "challenge" answer? I ask because, in my opinion, all worthwhile workouts, protocols or programming are answers to, "What are your goals?"

In my experience, it is possible to allow zeal to generate a "solution in search of a problem."
