@Mark Limbaga I think the reloaded version looks brilliant. You need a good 1 hand snatch I think though (or is it swings...away from my computer right now). I might run this in the new year as it's been sitting there for a while

both actually. Its also in the pipeline in my to do programs
 
if you don't mind sharing, what does a typical work day and rest day nutrition look for you?

At that time it was ~3000 kcals scheduled. About 170-200 g protein, rest of calories from carbs and fat but veggies and fruit never fell short. But it was pre-christmas time and oftentimes I ate more than the planned 3000 kcals.
 
I agree 100%. I have been scouring the internet looking for Kettlebell Strong. My google-fu is not strong
