Kettlebell Kettlebell Burn Extreme Review

Question: I'm looking to do a double kettlebell program. Might try Maximum soon, but this one catches my eye. It's pretty coincidental that this thread is revived since I looked at the plan this week. I'm pretty fit, no need for weight loss. Would this be a good program for potential strength/muscle gains?

You will get stronger doing this program. If you eat appropriately, yes, you will build muscle as well.
