I used double 28s for Presses and Squats and double 20s for the cleans. It was not easy.I used double 20kg's for the Presses and Squats.

You will get stronger doing this program. If you eat appropriately, yes, you will build muscle as well.Question: I'm looking to do a double kettlebell program. Might try Maximum soon, but this one catches my eye. It's pretty coincidental that this thread is revived since I looked at the plan this week. I'm pretty fit, no need for weight loss. Would this be a good program for potential strength/muscle gains?
