Hello,

yes the 10k is a bit boring due to the massive amount of only one move. Nevertheless it is efficient.

@Reubenz
Remember that muscle is heavier than fat, for the same volume.

You can try to calculate your required daily calories and eat a bit less (daily-200, but no more). If this amount is enough and if you are not tired then try to reduce again. As soon as you are tired, get back to the previous stage.

If you consume more calories than you eat, you lose weight.

I followed Geoff neuperts advice from the program "Kettlebell burn" and i can eat 2500 calories per day.
