Kettlebell Kettlebell Hard!

To bring some perspective to Kettlebell HARD:

-I’ve done The Giant with a pair of 28’s
-I’ve done KSK with my 28
-I’m working through Kettlebell Strong with a pair of 32’s and making good progress

If I were to do The Wolf (from KB HARD) I’d manage with a pair of 24’s for the Easy and Medium day. On the Hard day, I’d need to drop to the 20’s.

@DannyHoj , this kind of relates to my hard-gained knowledge that you really need to check your ego at the door when running Geoff's programs. They are GREAT, but the workload is deceptive, at least to this 56-year IT desk jockey, especially if you are following directions and getting perfect form reps, not just numbers and weights

After learning the hard way from MKM/KB Hard using weight on the conservative side is a must with these programs. They're hard and can tax the body (especially on the hard days) but yield great results. After running 3 programs from the book last year, I quickly noticed you're form has to be on point with each exercises.
