Other/Mixed Kettlebell Mile Again

I did it for the 3rd time yesterday with 24kg in 17:03.

My course is an out-and-back course. The outbound is a slight decline which means the return back is an incline.

I felt a touch more fatigue in my quads as well as some tightness in my shins. I attribute it to a change in my gait.

It's a nice addition that adds some variety, so I'll keep doing it weekly.
