So whenever I do a few sets of overhead press or a Turkish get up, I'll get sweaty and so will my forearms on which my kettlebell rests. The bell then slips off the center of my forearm and will fall off my wrist all together if I do not rotate it. I'm sure that this is not the proper form.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or a work around? Any insights are much appreciated. I've literally had no luck finding any info on this topic elsewhere on the internet.
