Old Forum "Kettlebell STRONG!" question

For those of you that have done Neupert's "Kettlebell STRONG!" program for any length of time, I was wondering when one should move up in 'bell size. I'm in Phase 1, and my current weights are beginning to "feel light." I'm not sure if I should go up and restart from the beginning, or keep plugging away until I test max reps at the last workout.
 
Finish phase 1, test your max reps with the bells you are currently using, you'll know where to go by then :)
 
I'm on STRONG now in the middle of my first cycle through and probably started a little lighter than I could have but am using 24kg doubles for C&P.

I think Geoff's guidelines were to choose bells that you could grind out ~5 tough reps with for a rep max.

I'm hoping that I'll be able to crank out 10-15 reps of C&P with the 24kg's when I finish the cycle and do a test day.
