Im not sure there is a ratio that exists like "If you can swing the 48KG 20x you should be able to deadlift 405" or anything like that. The swing, for sure, is a deadlift builder. I personally have done the 10,000 swing challenge, simple and sinister, and other swing programs and my deadlift reaps the benefits. The swing is also safer and less taxing on the body than constantly deadlifting and seems to be easier on the muscles.
If we qualify it a little more with a height obtainment for the swing that might help. I would think something like swinging a bell to eye level is about 20% of max deadlift. Snatching it probably makes it about 15% of a max deadlift. Pretty anecdotal still though.
