Here is an update from today's test after two months of MAF running.

I expected some improvement in the sub 130 HR range where all my running have been restricted to. Much surprised by the larger improvements at the higher ranges!!

Nice work indeed, so you've been running for two months 4-5 sessions per week at 90 mins per session?

Lately, I've been doing regular 4-5 weekly runs averaging 40 minutes each with an additional end of week long run for around 90 to 100 minutes. I've also been doing Giant 3.0 for the past 7 weeks, though not running on its heavy days.
