Sorry if this has been asked before but i have looked and can not find the answer to this question.
Is this run
Work out 1 MWF week 1
Work out 2 MWF week 2
and so forth or is it
work out 1 day 1 M
work out 2 day 2 W
workout 3 day 3 F

For example:
  • M: Workout 1: 65% x 1/15 + Swings
  • W: Workout 2: 70% x 1/15 + Squats
  • F: Workout 3: 75% x 1/12 + Swings

  • M: Workout 4: 80% x 1/8 + Squats
  • W:Workout 5: 85% x 1/6 + Swings
  • F: Workout 6: Add 10 pounds and start over with 1/15 + Squats
