I'm not into Systema, but I wonder if some of the principles of kettlebell training go hand in hand with Systema drills. For example the breathing techniques in S&S, or the hip-hinge etc. seem to me Systema compatible (from what I know about Kadochnikov's Systema). I would love to learn more about this, but it's not very easy to get information. It would be great if someone who practices both could share some knowledge.
