Just wondered if there are any HEMA practitioners here and what KB programmes they are doing? I would be interested to hear your thoughts.
 
Not HEMA, but I'm martial artist who trains with various weapons as well - both traditional and modern.

Simplest solution: Simple & Sinister, to at least Simple standard.

Yes, it is as simple.
 
Thanks Pavel. I thought that would be the answer and it is what I am doing at the moment. Just thought I’d double check.
