I’ve had some pain in one of my knees for the past few months, I’ve been doing 10 sets of 10 kbs on the minute and then 5 sets of 10 pushups on the minute. I feel that my legs are not getting much of a workout, I can’t do goblet squats right now, any suggestions?

Why can’t you do goblet squats?

Tips to try that I’ve read on this forum, after speaking to a doctor/physio:
- Ensure your knees are tracking your toes.
- Ensure you’re snapping forward at the hips and not backwards at the knee.
- Tense quads/pull knees up at the top of the swing in the standing plank.
- Adequate warmup to get the glutes firing, focus on pushing knees out at bottom of goblet squats or do squats with a band around knees/thighs.
