Kneeling Squat ?

    Are there any benefits or carry over from doing the kneeling squat? It looks like a great exercise for improving your squats and strengthening your hips.

    I'm not sure, however I can front squat 195lbs for 3 reps.

    Just keep squatting. It's too soon for you to think about assistance and variety exercises.
