Nutrition Kobe Beef

On a whim, I picked up a few Kobe beef burgers. Beef is still crazy expensive right now but wanted to try something different. Fried 'em up, topped with a slice of cheese and a fried egg... I'd almost prefer this over certain cuts of steak. Will be doing again soon!

I have eaten it a few times in burger at the Cheesecake Factory. Last time I was there I did not see it on the menu. I thought it was worth the price once in a blue moon.
