Naturally I took the lack of an explicit injunction not to do this in RTK as an invitation to try.  So far it's been great; I don't have much experience training legs hard with squats so I'm enjoying the pain and am impressed by the almost immediate hypertrophy.  I haven't quite reached 5(1,2,3,4,5) yet, but based on what has happened so far I'm looking forward to the experience.

Sounds interesting.  I'm curious about a few things.

What squat variation are you doing?

How many days a week?

I assume you're sticking with the same load?

It's RTK, so the bell size is the press size.  Pavel says you only have to do five squats at the top of each ladder because laddering up the way you do with presses would result in enormous legs, constant pain, etc.
