Lady Strong!

Wednesday (last week): all day in a train

Thursday: just foam rolling & mobility drills

Friday:
  • Original Strength
  • mobility drills
  • get-ups, 12kg x5
  • DL, 24kg 5x5
  • goblet squat, 16kg 5x5
  • stretching
Weekend: total "reset" - good sleep, food & company.

Monday:
  • morning jogging - first time in the snow!
  • get-ups, 12kg x5
  • chin-ups: active negative x8
  • DL, 24kg 5x8
  • power swings, 16kg 5x5
  • goblet, 16kg 5x5
Feeling like a beginner in training. But I don't mind, I am going to concentrate on 24hours in front of me, doing my best and slowly coming back to shape. Yeah, and I have started Whole30 few days ago!

Tuesday:
  • get-up, 12, 12, 16, 16, 16kg
  • presses, 12kg: (1-2-3)x3
  • FSQ, 12kg (5+5)x5
  • TRX rows
  • stretching
Wednesday: off

Thursday:
  • mobility drills
  • get-ups: 16kg x5
  • presses, 12kg: (1-2-3)x5
  • chin-ups with assistance (7x5reps)
  • stretching (again ;-)
Tommorrow - some squats & swings!

Last time I came to the gym there was a surprise waiting for me... My girls made a collage for 10 years anniversary of our gym (because of the lockdown we weren't able to celebrate it). This made my heart warm ?. #FuTr

At least I am boss on the video! In training - not always! :)
 
Long time no see... lot of work, sleepless nights & stress last week. As the result, I didn't have much energy left for training.

Tuesday last week:
  • get-ups, 16kg x5
  • 2HS 20kg: 10x10
Friday:
  • mobility drills
  • presses: 12kg (1-2-3-4)x5
  • chin-ups (with assistance): 40 reps total

20 days of Whole 30 behind me, starting to feel better. .. much better in my body!

Sunday evening:
  • mobility drills (arm bar, windmills, goblet...)
  • presses, 12kg: (1-2-3-4-5)x2,
  • chin-ups: (1-2-3-4)x3 - strength is coming back!

I've just finished Whole30. I am feeling good right now, and I am (again!) surprised that this simple stuff, like eating clean + training 3times a week with kettlebells brings so fast results!

  • 1HS x 10 reps: 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 20, 20, 20, 20kg
