Monday 9.1. 2023 (Training #3)
I was thing about my intentions (intentions sounds better for me than "plans or aims") in training for this year and it would be 3 things:
- 2HS, 20kg 10x10
- get-ups 20kg x5
- pull-ups with assistance 8x3 reps
- handstands
- stretching
- early morning mobility & handstands: 75min (starting new course for handstand today, once a week for few months... we will see where I will get, exciting about the journey ).
- 1HS, 20kg 10x10
- get-ups: 20kg x5
- 1HS: 20, 20, 20, 20, 24, 24, 24, 24, 20, 20
- get-ups: 20, 20, 24, 24, 20
- chin-ups: 2, 3, 5, 2, 3, 5 reps
- stretching

- training towards Sinister (I don't have deadline for this)
- working on my handstand (I would love to do it freestanding)
- working regularly on my flexibility - I start to enjoying lately the feeling of "opening" my body .
