WU ; arch strengthening/stretching, hangs, chin-ups, hurdle raises, BU getups (these are getting much better, left is still lagging a bit).

I found the updated version of YDKS 2.0 in MKBM, think I will run that after this 6 week block. Tempting to just jump right over to it, but I will finish what I started and not pounce on the shiny new object. Focusing on getting my nutrition and body comp back in line. I wavered during easter and have slowly been getting back, but I am starting to be very focused and disciplined on it. I think I was substituting my old late night toking habit(clean for almost two months now) with late night snacking. Made my way back up to 228 after getting down to 215. Making progress, weighed in at 220 today.
