Rough week….just been feeling worn out and dragging a#@. Woke up at 4:30 today for a long run and just went back to bed. Gonna try to get some running in tomorrow and maybe the real long run Monday? It’ll be fine, just listening to my body a bit i guess.

Skipped the long run…walked the dog and did the long cycle protocol.
1 C&J every :30 for 30:00. First 15:00 @28k, next 15:00 @32k. The 28k is just feeling a bit light for this.
