Rough week….just been feeling worn out and dragging a#@. Woke up at 4:30 today for a long run and just went back to bed. Gonna try to get some running in tomorrow and maybe the real long run Monday? It’ll be fine, just listening to my body a bit i guess.

Yesterday’s practice: 8/18/22
Flexible steel/OS resets warm up
GTG hanging peg raises with a chin up and some TGU as well.

Today’s practice: 8/19/22
Skipped the long run…walked the dog and did the long cycle protocol.
1 C&J every :30 for 30:00. First 15:00 @28k, next 15:00 @32k. The 28k is just feeling a bit light for this.

Quick warm up of hanging leg raises and tgu.

BJJ C&J protocol
1 C&J every :30 for 30:00 @32k. It was good to learn/practice with the 28k (love that bell btw, it’s a Strongfirst bell and I can’t wait to hit up ROP with it over the winter). Anyways, the 32k is much more appropriate for the C&J. Feels good man.

Thanks Bret! I don’t have to mess with rings anymore now either! I switched to silicone ones when i started lifting again but have lost a few. Wife works in healthcare and isn’t supposed to wear em anymore (infection control). So my buddy tatted us up!

Cool, I never wore mine, too dangerous at work.
