Hello,

I wonder if you can help me. For a long time I've had a flexibility problem which is I can''t sit into Lotus position, because my right leg doesn't go down. In other words, my right knee stays too high if I try to do something like this:

Left leg is fine. The issue doesn't usually bother me much, but it interferes with my TGUs, because from the starting position onwards the leg (the one on the same side as the KB) has to be positioned at an angle from the rest of the body. And that's a problem.

I've watched "Super Joints" and a part of "Relax into Stretching" and tried most of the drills, but couldn't find the one to solve the problem. Which drills should I try? What would Pavel suggest?

Also, there's a similar problem with my right arm. If I try to do this:

Then my right arm's flexibility isn't enough to touch the upper hand. It doesn't bother me, but it might have effects (of which I don't know) on my upper body training. What should I do?

Thanks in advance

Jeffrey
