It really seems like the morning walk + buteyko then running later makes it easier to control HR and keep my stride relaxed. I had thought that not having had lunch would have the same effect, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. It is still nice training before lunch though and having the rest of the day to lounge around.

Excellent run. Nice and light on my feet with effortless breathing despite the low 50’s air temp. This aerobic base building journey can be bleak coming from a fat powerlifting background but sessions like this keep me comin’ back for more.

Yea there's a pic, maybe clear your cache? I can see it okay on desktop and mobile.
Ok, I see it.. that's weird, I saw the HR chart when I reloaded the page before clearing, cleared my image cache anyway..
