The mini-deload-to-reload week was exactly what I needed to restore enthusiasm with regards to training. That 1.5 - 2.0 week period of hating training was particularly interesting as all other aspects of my mindset were neutral or above average.
Snatching was excellent. Really great. Hips were snappy and smooth. Form is tightening up with every session. The improvements with how the movement feels internally are remarkable.

I forgot to note this yesterday, but my feet are feeling great even while running. Knee Zero Program for the win! It’s helped a lot, and I am still doing the "easy" regressions for several of the movements. Progression with the movements in the Zero program has been annoyingly slow, but has had quick and outsized impacts on running and snatching.

Feeling great after the deload and the fasting. Really great, terrific. I was feeling chillll as f*** after my 48 hour water fast, absolutely zero killer instinct. You gotta approach a hardstyle snatch with violent intent, so I decided to just roll with the chillll and extended the deload to 11 days. Also focusing more on Doing and less on data, so I've been disinclined to log every little thing.
