This was a good session. Making great progress on the KPZ moves especially the couch stretch; it was easier to contract the left glute.

Lawn mowing in the evening instead of walking. Lots of rain lately, grass is already turning into hay.

Excellent HR track as usual! Mace is pretty awesome and will help heal my shoulder, glad you're digging on it!

I was so chill during this, I nearly fell asleep.

Excellent staycation-training-week. I’m not a competitive lifter anymore, but I still think the best vacation is staying home, napping for an hour every day, sleeping 8 hours every night, and using the extra mental energy to get mentally deeper into your training.
 
07.16 - Just a walk & Buteyko. Wrestling with a cold.
I've had a summer bug these last two weeks, minor symptoms but annoying nonetheless, stress is a SOB. With all the C I take it's always a minor sumthin when I do get a bug, and it shows up when stress is elevated.

I haven't done Q&D since 12.28. I ran this session instead of snatching as my mid back has been quite tight for several weeks. So putting two hand swings into the rotation for their restorative magics.

Apparently my push-ups have deconditioned quite a bit - last 3 sets were actually tough to do. As in, genuinely hard! ? Looks like snatching has zero carry over to push-ups.

But on the bright side, the arm pump was tremendous. ?

Excited to "run" again tomorrow.
