Every rep was smooth and moved fast. Was incredibly hungry after this session. Might need to start taking a PB & J or a tuna fish sammich with me to eat after training so I can stay awake on the way home.

Damn I was HUNGRY after this! Legs and lats had huge pumps. Haven't done 5's in the big lifts for a long time. Felt good and fun!

Big discovery - doing reps of 2 isn’t nearly as painful with the hook grip as reps of 3. We’ll how it feels on the next day I pull, but I’m hoping this is a solid work around to let me get in a bunch of volume on my pulls.

Excellent training session. Squat is solidifying nicely - today I worked on breaking with the hips first. With the bench I’m getting better and better at holding the weight in the lats. On pulls I’m getting upper back/lat recruitment like never before.

I kept the volume a little lower since I hit all the lifts in one session. I’m going to play around with doing squat/press/pull every session to make it convenient to train them all 3x per week so I have room for the locomotion work.

I’ll most likely train The Lifts again tomorrow morning since another storm is coming in Sunday night.

12 holds is much better for me than 15...I have a hard time sitting still for a full 15 holds. 3xL15 in the morning with 1-2XL16 in the evening will be the baseline.

Went far better than expected, given I’d went through the same training session yesterday. I perceived that the weights moved a little slower today, but form was tight. Went good. Well, except for my thumbs...they're hurting a bit.

Late posting cuz I was exhausted; passed out for a good hour this afternoon after this.
