Knee Ability Zero Program
These were pretty tough. Had to do the regression for a few of the moves even. Felt great afterwards though! The outer glute stretch felt so good I laughed when I got into position.

92 degrees with only 6% humidity. Chugged water when I got back inside.
 
Yes that's the guy. I'm doing his beginners program. Lots of good ankle, hip flexor, and glute work. We'll see how it works but I was impressed with the first run through.
I'll be curious how it goes for you, my left knee is challenged from an injury I had from doing leg presses when I was a 19 yo pup, it was bugged again when the dog ran into me while beach running last year.

Might be a good thing, stress sucks more when you have to work hard to get your mind out of it to train. Sometimes I let it drive me during training which can be detrimental.

Nice practice session. Learning to selectively fire my calves extra at the start of the snatch drop and the start of ascent, right after I pull out of the hole. Just a little bit of slightly coming off the heels to pull in the power. My lower legs are feeling much more alive and athletic since beginning knee program zero. Exciting to think about how I might feel when I'm able to do all the non-regressed versions of the movements.

Very interesting imbalances here. For example, on the tibialis raise, my right side is way weaker. But on the couch stretch (regressed version), I’m shaking like a leaf on a tree trying to contract the left glute throughout. But on the split squat, the left side is much stronger. etc.

My lower abs always feel more open and full of life when I'm finished with these movements.
 
How are you liking the 28 Matt? For me it's the Goldilocks Bell, the 32 is still out of my league for regular use.
it's just right for where I'm at now! Good bit more challenging than the 24k, but not so hard that I get easily fatigued and lose form - and therefore skin.
