while you are making other plans...
Having almost done the first week of "from s to s", I have to stop.:(
It is too much volume if I want to keep up with my bouldering. My shoulder is killing me already. I will have an FMS in about three weeks to find the cause.
Until then I need to reduce the swings.
Any suggestions for a 'twice a week' workout that will keep me on track and allow to do my climbing?

Have you had your swing technique checked?

Swings shouldn't hurt your shoulder if you are keeping the shoulder packed in the joint.

If you can post a video there are loads of helpful folk on this forum who can guide your technique.

Yes, I just took a kb class three weeky ago and everything was fine. I cannot load a video right now, but will take care of the shoulder packing more than I already do. I now have to rest for 5 days because of holidays (hiking) and I did not take my kb with me. Rest and stretch might help.
Would you gothe tgu eith less weight (10kg now)?
Perhaps anything else than the swings is bothering my shoulder?! I do not know....so annoying...damn.
