Kettlebell Loaded Carries in Place

Finally tried these today. More interesting than I thought. When walking, you can use momentum to put off really controlling your balance. When walking in place, I could feel myself go off balance a little, but I couldn't just step out and catch myself. Instead, I have to catch myself internally. I noticed when practicing technique in Alpine skiing days, that slowing things down revealed little gaps in balance and control. Will definitely keep these in the rotation.

I just started playing with walking backward too which gives a whole different area of difficulty at least for me; the force vectors are suddenly not quite lined up where I expect them to be (doing suitcase carries so asymmetrical load)
