Have used some of these quite a bit when I was younger to supplement MA practice, decided to record a few of them. I don't do much of this anymore but do sub them in and out for variety.

For those who have a hard time generating intensity/self loading doing isometrics, this takes some of the guesswork out of it. Don't need a lot of weight either.

Though some of these can be subbed out with substantially heavier weights for a more conventional resistance exercise experience, don't expect to draw the rope even close to straight. For some movements it also prevents the line of resistance from running straight across, as the load is constantly pulling down - eg instead of focusing on the back or chest it winds up mostly taxing the shoulders.

Didn't demo any, but you can cleat one end and increase the range of exercises even more.
