Barbell Loaded stretching

Hey all

Has anyone ever used this? I have really enjoyed active having, pec/shoulder stretch using resistance band (trying to actively pull it in like a wide fly position).

Dante Trudell loved these as part of his DC training program.

Thoughts?
 
I've kept on doing it from my DoggCrapp days. Although I am still not remotely limber, I do think it makes a difference to recovery, strength and size.
