I think I'm remembering this correctly - there was a blog article here, by Pavel T. I think but I'm not 100% sure, that suggested a program of Monday for strength training, Tuesday for conditioning, Wednesday off, Thu/Fri repeats Mon/Tue.

Anyone have it bookmarked or could otherwise give me a link to it?
