As Pavel's article concludes, training the aerobic system and minimizing the "burn" emphasizes improved performance at the cellular level. Your mitochondria are basically the power plant for each cell and the more density you have then the better your recovery. In the world of GPP that is a great thing for longevity in training and health.
 
i just did like 3 or 4 sets with front squats, and couldn't walk for days hahaha ...never attempted doing full program, but i am actually thinking of doing push up version again

one of kb known teachers says that airborne squat 0,75 your bodyweight is good for airborne lunge
