Hi, I am doing 5x5 Madcow program. And I want to add some work on my snatches or swings. Is that good idea or not? What programming do u recommend for swings/snatches 1-2days a week with that strength program.
My goal is too make 100+ snatches in 5 min with 32 kg KB. Actually my PR is 85 snatches with that bell in 5 min.
