In light of the recent SF blog post using Maffetone HR as a guide for KB work, are there any recommendations for good iphone apps that can set a lower and upper boundary for HR? Any suggestions?

I use MotiFIT. Nice charts to help track improvement over time and customizable. You can run an interval timer like Gymboss at the same time if you want to track HR during a testing day.
